Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Palantir Foundry (Zurich)
Lead Palantir Foundry & AIP delivery for strategic clients from our Zurich hub. Hybrid, within ~1.5h of Zurich, working directly with the founders. 120–150k CHF + bonus.

The role
We are hiring a driven and ambitious Senior Engineer with deep experience in Palantir Foundry to lead delivery on strategic client projects. You work directly with the founders and take ownership of high-impact projects.
You will:
- Build end-to-end workflows, from data integration to decision tools, using Foundry
- Work directly with client stakeholders of all levels (CxOs, product leads, data teams) to uncover opportunities and deliver business value
- Lead engineering teams on high-visibility projects, from beginning to end
- Shape our engineering culture, delivery model, and future product direction
You bring
- Strong software engineering background (e.g. Python, Spark, TypeScript)
- Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows
- Ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments
- Consulting mindset: able to speak business and tech with every stakeholder type
- Startup energy: proactive, independent, high-output, with attention to quality
- End-to-end experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP
- Databricks experience is a plus
Broad exposure matters more than years. Two years across many use cases, from Data Connection to Ontology-aware apps, beats five years doing only data pipelines at one place. You can work independently with clients, without close supervision. We look for a founder mindset: proactive, fast, and fully accountable.
Location
Zurich-based, hybrid. You are in or near the Greater Zurich area, within about a 90-minute (1.5h) commute, so you can build side by side with the team and be at Swiss client sites when it counts. We are open to relocation for the right person, and we support the Swiss work-permit process.
