Challenge
Client had great ambitions to scale Foundry adoption internally with multiple use cases identified, but lacked role clarity and practical experience across the platform lifecycle. Team members were at varying levels of Foundry maturity. Coordination across business, technical, and data teams needed better structuring.
Solution
Designed and provided a custom enablement program with learning tracks for 6 key Foundry roles with a clear RACI matrix. Provided direct end-to-end guidance on initial use cases, including ontology design, solution blueprints, and Jira-based agile workflow setup.
Impact
Established role clarity for all 6 roles, created a scalable use case delivery blueprint, and set up cross-functional alignment between product, architecture, analytics, and platform roles.
